This is how i install cleo 4 And it makes my gta crash,

First i go on Cleo website and download cleo 4: h

Then i run the installer,

Then i try to run gta And it wont start on singleplayer and on SAMP it Says 'Report Crash'

So then i put a mod in it and it still says the same thing, What do i do?

NOTE: My Gta Has been downgraded allready
