Hello folks Tori1157 here.

I decided to start modding with Sannybuilder, so yes i am a noob.
I need help to make those red circles with coordinates, but i don't know how, and how the code is.
Could anybody help me out? I've been looking around the internet, but i didn't find anything that could help me.

Edit: This is for GTA San Andreas.
