How to install cleo mods in GTA VC?
Please! Can anyone tell me(give appropriate instructions) on how to install cleo mods in GTA vice city?
A tutorial style instructions would be most welcome!

same as in san andreas: install CLEO library and put a .cs file (a cleo mod) into the VC Dir\CLEO folder.

I did the same thing. No mods work. While using the cleo auto installer, do we install both the base file adn the
cleo 3 data files or only check one of the boxes?

You only need cleo.asi in gta_vc folder for the CLEO library to be installed. No Sanny Builder data files are required.
