someone understands cleo 3 can help me?

I need to create a video on my server in SA-MP RPG, the video is about the work of Police, And i dont have any people to help me with my work
So I was wondering if it's possible I crearte pedestrian inside my car.

example: I walk, I create pedestrian in the car closest, and I start to write and get into the car already with pedestrians.

I need my car on the pedestrians to pretend they are arrested
