Cleo.asi

I just upgraded my windows and re-installed gta sa. I wanted to re-install cleo so i tried to and when i opened gta when i go to load my game it says gta sa is not responding. The only way i can play gta sa with cleo is clicking new game. Or if i remove cleo.asi from my root directory, but then cleo doesnt work. Help me please.

Remove the CLEO folder containing scripts, saves and plugins completely and try to run without it.
