Steam GTA San Andreas CLEO support

Hello,
        I was wondering if you could make CLEO support the steam version of GTASA. When i load up gta it says V3.00. I wasnt even aware this version existed. I thought the latest version was v1.01. Im sure alot of other people have ran into this problem. Please add support.
