Sanny builder
When I try to download it, at http://sannybuilder.com/files/SannyBuilder-v3.03.exe, I get this:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /files/SannyBuilder-v3.03.exe on this server.
What do I do?

open your eyes: you typed the url with comma (,) in the end so it can't be opened. as for SB3, check the main page and read what it says.
