is it possible using cleo3 to add new maps(tracks,mountains)etc and also changing the car handling?being sa-mp compatible and this is not to cheat.

In this case cheaters are players who use another map that is allowed in the server.
It's possible, but objects number is limited very much, so you have to stream objects if you want to make a bigger map.

All players should have identical conditions for gaming, differently there will be an advantage and dishonesty smile
