Missions in CLEO

Hi. I have a problem with a place peds in CLEO. How I can do it? And, this is imposible? Every, when I place my Ped on a grass, his stay on the pavement. What's wrong? Please, write script for me to place peds in CLEO

PS: (sory, my english is not good xP)
PS2: I don't find another topic with that's problem, if I miss it, I'm sory.
