How to change what folder the CLEO SCANS for cleo scripts???

Hello everyone so CLEO scans the "cleo" folder inside the GTA for cleo scripts and loads them,

Is there a way to change what folder the CLEO scans for cleo scripts?

like instead of "cleo" folder, the CLEO scans the "Cleolibrary" folder for the scritps to be loaded,, thanks
