did anyone know how this  opcode calculates the return values?

opcode 083D: get_actor 0@ velocity_in_direction_XYZ

calculates the values?

i want to calculate them trough C++
what will be the for the X speed the CPED + 0x44 offset. ( outputs values like 0.0235 )
how to convert them ?
