new at sanny builder

well im new at sanny builder, idk how to do shit in the program    this is what i want to do..
i want to create a script that if i press the m key my player does an animation i made in autodesk 3ds max, i made an ifp file which contains the animation and placed it in gta3.img, but i don't know how to play the animation.
can someone help me?
