Game crashes when i use CarSpawn/NetKicker

Hello all. I would very much like someone to shed some light why GTAIV refuses to launch while i am using NetKicker/CarSpawner. I have updated to version 1.0.3.0, and to make sure i REDOWNLOADED it. I launch car spawner and then GTAIV, it launches, freezes, then crashes. I also put the file dsound.dll in the Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV folder along with Netkicker and the game refuses to launch altogether. Some help would be appreciated.
