slow something down

can some one make a slow motion script for a part of something becuase i have this object attached to my car and its moving but i want to slow it down like the slow motion script exept i cannot

if you are wondering what i am trying to slow down then ill tell u its a knight rider car with scanners and i am trying to slow down the scanners !!!!:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::D:D:D
