celo error

ive ben trying to install cleo into my san andreas for further modding, i have the second version but downgraded it to the version 1, all of the cars i put in the game seem to work just fine, but the second i installed cleo it crashes plz help

p.s.
i also found this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ae8_spEeuYc, it got me the furthest out of all my attempts but it still crashes
