Radio Plugin Help CLEO 4

Whenever I try to use the radio plugin, my game crashes. I have installed everything like it said to do on the instructions, and i even tried not replacing the radio.asi and i still have the problem.

The game crashes the second i press F5, but only when i have a folder or song on the playlist. All other cleo plugins and scripts work fine, and i've tried reinstalling multiple times. I am using a clean version of GTA:SA, with only SA-MP and the radio plugin installed.

My radio.ini looks like this:
