Help with scenario

Hello there!
I'm needing help because I need to send an actor to far away but when he gets too far he starts falling on nothing because he is out of the drawn distance range.
I know that is possible to avoid this 'cause when you get to the garage in san fierro the game spawns actors at Grove Street when you have to get money from big smoke's dealers.

Please I really need this, and sorry for my English mistakes, English is not my first language but is better than Russian!!!

On the first about "send actor far away but he's falls" try to use render opcode 04E4.
