Can't use CLEO 4 at all!

I can't use CLEO 4 my game just crashes after loading...
If i replace the cleo.asi from cleo 4 with the one from cleo 3 everything works.
The compact exe somtimes works but not often.
Help me

Do you have a savedisk script or the Car Saloon mod?
