Cleo for gta 3 steam

I have been trying to download CLEO 4 on Grand Theft Auto 3 from steam for awhile now. Can CLEO even work on steam games? If so where do I put the folders? Nothing I've tried works.

I dont have steam gta3, but all steam games installing in this folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common"

And for gta3 you need CLEO Library(v1.0.1.6) for gta3 not CLEO 4 http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/cleo_gta3/ … _setup.exe

I used that and it still doesn't work. I installed it into my Grand Theft Auto 3 folder and it still doesn't change anything.

Steam probably disabled loading asi files, if you get a no cd crack and overwrite the gta3.exe, then you'll be able to use Cleo, but of course you will disable all the Steam features. Even with the overwritten executable you will get the Steam overlay, if you launch it with the Steam shortcut.

After I download the crack do I just download the cleo files into my GTA 3 folder?
