CLEO Vice City wount work

Hi I got vice city and when I put the cleo.asi in the directory it doesnt work but when I take it out it does work
Can someone help?

Go to this site and try to download the Vice city version 1.0 (no cd) now CLEO VC will work and create folder CLEO and inside CLEO folder create CLEO_TEXT.
