Is it possible that we could create new upcodes a software or a tool?

Could we can create custom upcodes or create new upcodes in a new .asi or .flt format using programming language software or other tools? Have anybody can tell a tutorial to create new upcodes in Visual basic, C#, C++ or in other programing language? Or have a tool to build custom upcodes in a new .asi or .flt format?

You can make new opcodes using the CLEO 4 SDK which is a part of the CLEO 4 Library. It contains a header file for the C++ (CLEO.h), demo examples and help file (written in Russian though :\).

It's possible to make new opcodes, here is an example

I am very sorry to telling you that which was I wanted to creating new upcodes. With using C++ or other tool and programming application. If it's possible using (CLEO.h) header file. So, where I can find this file and what does it contents?

I have founded CLEO 4 SDK. Is there could be all version of CLEO SDK? I was trying to say, Is there sdk tool for all versions of CLEO?

No, the SDK exists only for CLEO 4 atm.
