How to Make an Entrance Point to a Unique Building

Hey Guys,
This may seem like an easy question, but I'm just starting to learn Sanny Builder, and there are a couple of unique building usually not accessible through Gta that I want to use in my mod one day...
I know how to get the x,y,z coordinates from MTA, however I don't know how to put a yellow arrow entrance point from the outside of the building to the inside of the building.....
If someone would be able to help me with this, that would greatly help. Thank You.

I don't like SA as the modding platform so I didn't explored it, but sometime I read somewhere that yellow "arrow" markers located at IPL.
