Cleo 4 Crashing GTA: San Andreas

When i installed Cleo 4 and i was about to install the "Vehicle Spawner Mod" but when i load up a save and completely loads, it crashes. I have the latest Cleo Version, and followed the instructions of the installation as well as the Mod i want to install.
Any help on fixing it is appreciated, i'll reply soon as someone posts a question on more info

Yay it worked now, with...another slight problem, i can't change the resolution on widescreen 16:9
