CLEO ERROR

I've installed GTA san andreas in (E:) drive because I've not enough space in (C:). After installing the latest version of CLEO, my game stopped working every time. Please help me to resolve this issue. I've tried everything. Run as administrator does not work at all. Infact, nothing works.
