How to disable the automatic updater?

Well, I want to play GTA: San Andreas recent days, but after I installed CLEO Library, there's something called "Automatic Updater", it always make my game crash, so I want to know how to disable that and prevent it automaticly start while I am running the game?
Have I need to reinstall CLEO Library?

Where have you downloaded CLEO library? Official package does not have such an 'option'. I recommend you to uninstall what you have now, go to http://cleo.li and download CLEO from there.
