This is set up the relationship between two pedestrians types.
1 - it is relationship. The argument variants:
0 - respect
1 - like
2 - neutral
3 - dislike
4 - hate

8 and 0: pedestrian types. See Sanny Builder manual.

Briefly: Grove Street Families like the player (CJ).
