GTA SA on Win 7 64 bit crashes with cleo 4.3

Hi,

i want to add a gps navigation mod to my gta san andreas (latest steam version). So i have downloaded the latest installer from http://cleo.li/cleo4/CLEO4_setup.exe and selected "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas" as folder to install (all other settings set default) and installed it after backuping the vorbisFile.dll file. After that i have started gta but it now crashes all the time i load a game/ start a new game or enter audio settings with this message:

I have restored the original vorbisFile.dll and now the game is runing as before. But i would be glad if someone could help me out on this so i can mod my game.

I think you are using the wrong gta_sa.exe version. For example, i am using gta_sa.exe Version 1.0 US HOODLUM. Im not gonna post a link, you can use Google to find it. Just make a Backup of the original gta_sa.exe and place the 1.0 exe in that place.
