GTA IV on PC (Windows 10)?

Ive wanted to pick up GTA IV for a while now but the one main thing holding me back is that I see all these Windows Live issues that users have with the game. Are these all resolved by now? Or how difficult would it be to work around them? Would it be worth picking it up now?
