Main.scm HELP NEEDED!

I know the max size for gta san andreas in 200000b already but i used Sanny Builder to edit a mod to change two cars in it, it was decompiled with 199993b and when i compiled it the size was 200065b i tried just opening and compiling the original one and it was still 200065b is there any way to make it smaller without changing any scripts?
