How to read a configuration file

Hello, I tried to do this myself, but with no sucess.

CONFIG.INI

[Configuration]
Delay=1000

I want to store the value 1000 in a variable. How I do this?

Try Alexander's Quick Opcode plugin. It can operate the ini files.
