Simple base for driving mission [req]

Well the title says it all, i would need a simple base for driving mission.

it should have atleast these:
-checkpoints
-timer (total time, current lap time, best lap time - if those are possible to have)
-and the time you have to beat. (total time)

Would be great to have, but if you cant give me them, i dont need them:
-bots

The best mission template is Mission #35 from the original main.scm. You only need to change one of the existing set of coordinates within this mission and run it as a custom mission (.cm) (but some few changes also need).
