Combining mods

I am not sure if this is the correct place, but i would love to know how to combine mods that all require the replacement of main.scm and script.img, as well as american.gtx. Their are a few mods that i like, but they all need me to replace those same files. Instead i make a copy of the whole game folder and install a mod for each.

examples on the top of my head are:
the All In One mod
Hot Coffee mod
Opened Up mod
