GTA San Andreas & SA:MP Crashing with CLEO3

Hello, I'm am very frustrated right now and I really need CLEO 3 badly.
I've tried everything to get CLEO 3 to work. I've re-installed my game in different folders many times and CLEO 3 Doesn't work. When I first tried CLEO 3 like a week ago it worked perfectly. None of my online friends have this problem, it's just me.

It stopped working and made my SA:MP crash at a click of a server. I've re-installed SA:MP too.
Sometimes I get lucky when I get through the loading screen on SA:MP but when It hits to the white bar loading to the tip at the end, I crash..
