CLEO 3 Not working!

My gta san andreas wont launch for some reason after i installed CLEO 3
So there i click on the GTA SA shortcut and it shows me
gta_sa.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Something like that
What am i supposed to do?
